All imprint artwork must be vector.  The best file types are – .ai, .eps, .svg and .pdf only.

Minimum order quantities are listed on each item.  We cannot print below these quantities.  Maximums – the sky is the limit.

We proof all orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Quotes are turned around in 24 hours, too.  Simply reach out on our site and place your order or quote and we will get you a mockup proof back ASAP.

We do not.  We require vector artwork with all type converted to outlines.

Lighters are only available to ship to consumers within the 48 Contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii as custom quotes only

We do not currently offer expedited shipping on our hazmat products (lighters). Timelines for each product are listed directly on the product page and should be used as a guide for turnaround time.

QR codes may be used in artwork, but due to the pad printing process, we CANNOT guarantee all will scan.  Our proofs will also show this warning.  If it is criticial it must scan, you need to order WRAPPED BIC LIGHTERS.

Once you submit your order, and then approve your final proof, it is final. No changes can be made after you have approved that proof.  Your lighters are custom printed and we cannot remove and reprint the logos should you no longer want to proceed.  After approval, we will proceed and ship as instructed on with that approval.

Tax and shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page.  Please add all items to your cart and enter your address, the system will show you the ground UPS cost for your entire order.

They sure can!  Please note that we are required to ship Bics with their standard compliance sticker on the backside.  If you choose to print 2 sided, your backside print will be under this sticker.  It is the standard compliance sticker you have seen on all other Bics in the marketplace.
