Vector artwork is preferred for the clearest printing results. Preferred formats include AI, EPS, SVG and vector PDF files, with fonts converted to outlines. Other file types can be submitted for review, but we cannot guarantee they will be usable as production files. A file’s extension alone does not guarantee that it contains vector artwork.

Minimums and order increments vary by product. Pad-printed BIC lighters start at 300 per lighter color and must be ordered in increments of 300 per color; colors cannot be combined to meet that minimum. Wrapped BIC lighters start at 1,200. Other models have different requirements, shown on their product pages. We cannot print below the stated minimum. For a larger order or a quantity you cannot select online, contact us for help.

We proof all orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Quotes are turned around in 24 hours, too.  Simply reach out on our site and place your order or quote and we will get you a mockup proof back ASAP.

We can review the artwork you supply to assess whether it is suitable for printing, but this does not include creating a new logo or redesigning your artwork. If the supplied file is not usable for production, production-ready artwork may still be required.

Yes. We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders require a custom quote, and we do not ship to Canada or Mexico. Choose a product and quantity online, then enter your shipping address in the cart to see UPS Ground shipping costs. For Alaska, Hawaii or help with a large order, contact us.

Production time varies by product. Pad-printed BIC lighters list approximately 12–16 business days, while wrapped BIC lighters list 45–60 days for digital sleeve production. These are production estimates, not delivery dates. Proof approval and shipping also affect when your order arrives. We do not currently offer expedited shipping on hazmat lighter products. Check the selected product’s current timeline and contact us before ordering for a fixed event date.

QR codes may be used in artwork, but due to the pad printing process, we CANNOT guarantee all will scan.  Our proofs will also show this warning.  If reliable QR-code scanning is essential, order WRAPPED BIC LIGHTERS.

Once you submit your order, and then approve your final proof, it is final. No changes can be made after you have approved that proof.  Your lighters are custom printed and we cannot remove and reprint the logos should you no longer want to proceed. After approval, we will proceed with production and ship according to the approved instructions.

They sure can!  Please note that we are required to ship Bics with their standard compliance sticker on the backside.  If you choose to print 2 sided, your backside print will be under this sticker.  It is the standard compliance sticker you have seen on all other Bics in the marketplace.
