HOW TO ORDER LIGHTERS

If you have any questions about your order, your account, or the products we offer, please contact us.

Step 1:

Find your desired product by browsing our product page.

Step 2:

Choose your product specifications on the product page. This will include Quantity and Color. After these selections are made, upload your design with the “Upload” button.

Step 3:

Upload your design and ensure it is attached. Click add to cart and complete the checkout process

Step 4:

After payment is made, You will receive a digital mock-up via email within 24 hours after purchasing to ensure you approve of the product design.

Once you approve, we send the item to production. Once production is complete, we will send you a notification with your tracking number.
