At SimplyLighters.com, each lighter is custom-printed to your exact artwork, colors, and branding specifications. Because every order is made uniquely for your business or event, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom-printed lighters. Once production begins, your order is created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Artwork & Proof Approval
For applicable orders, you will receive a digital proof showing your custom design.
Your approval confirms that all details are correct — including logo placement, colors, spelling, layout, and imprint method.
After approval, no changes can be made and the order becomes final.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before artwork proof approval or before production begins (for orders not requiring a proof).
Once your proof is approved or your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Items
Although custom products cannot be returned, we stand behind the quality of our work.
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
